Frequently Asked Questions

Who is eligible to apply for admission at Enterprise College?
Students who have passed Class 10 (or equivalent) from any recognised board are eligible to enrol in our Class 11 Science stream (CBSE or CHSE). For direct entry into our Class 12 or repeater JEE/NEET batches, candidates must have completed Class 11 or Class 12 Science respectively. There is no minimum percentage cut-off to apply, though merit scholarship eligibility is determined by our entrance test.
What is the admission process and how do I register?
The process has three simple steps: (1) Fill out the online registration form on this page or visit our Bhubaneswar campus in person. (2) Appear for our Scholarship-cum-Admission Test (SCAT), held every Saturday alongside the free demo class. (3) Confirm your seat by submitting documents and paying the admission fee within 5 days of receiving your offer letter. Seats are limited to a maximum of 40 students per batch, so early registration is strongly recommended.
Which documents do I need to submit at the time of admission?
You will need to provide: Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate, Class 10 admit card (for date-of-birth proof), two recent passport-size photographs, Aadhaar card (student and parent), school transfer certificate (TC), and caste certificate if applying under reserved-category scholarship. Outstation students seeking hostel accommodation must additionally submit a medical fitness certificate.
What are the important admission deadlines for the 2026-27 session?
Admissions for the 2026-27 academic year are currently open. The primary intake batch commences in April 2026, and the registration deadline for early-bird scholarship benefits is 31 January 2026. A second intake for repeater and fast-track JEE/NEET batches opens in October 2026. We recommend registering at least four weeks before your preferred batch start date to secure your preferred stream and timing.
How does the merit scholarship work and how much can I save?
Enterprise College offers merit scholarships of up to 100% on tuition fees based on your performance in the Scholarship-cum-Admission Test (SCAT). Scoring 90% or above in the SCAT qualifies you for a full (100%) tuition fee waiver. Scores between 75–89% attract a 50% scholarship, and 60–74% earns a 25% fee concession. Additionally, siblings of current students receive a flat 10% discount, and CHSE/CBSE board toppers from the previous year are considered for special merit awards on a case-by-case basis.
Can I attend a class before committing to admission?
Yes, absolutely. We host a free demo class every Saturday at our Bhubaneswar campus, giving you the opportunity to experience our teaching methodology, meet faculty, and tour our smart classrooms and labs — before you make any decision. You can register for a Saturday demo class directly from this page. The Scholarship-cum-Admission Test is also conducted on the same day, so you can complete both in a single visit.
Are hostel facilities available, and how do I apply for them?
Yes, Enterprise College provides separate hostel accommodation for outstation boys and girls within close proximity to the campus. Hostel seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis after confirmation of college admission. Hostel fees, meal plans, and warden contact details will be shared in your offer letter. To apply, indicate your hostel requirement on the admission registration form and submit the required medical fitness certificate along with your other documents.
What happens if I miss the Scholarship-cum-Admission Test date?
The SCAT is conducted every Saturday, so you have multiple opportunities to appear throughout the admission season. If you are unable to attend on a particular Saturday due to board exams or travel, please contact our admissions office at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Students who miss all scheduled test dates before batch commencement will be admitted at the standard fee structure without scholarship eligibility, subject to seat availability.
